AutoMed Solutions performed a masterful repair on my Tesla—there is no visible sign of work. I have rarely encountered a superior service experience. The AutoMed Solutions team delivered impeccable customer care, which most would probably agree is uncommon in this industry. They went the extra mile to ensure that I had the best experience. I’m truly grateful to have discovered AutoMed Solutions - they’re a gem.

Shawn, Manny, and Martin were absolutely top notch in helping fix my Tesla. They were incredibly patient, helpful, and took the time to explain all the technical details without making anything feel overwhelming. Shawn is a terrific, down-to-earth owner who clearly cares about his customers and the quality of his work. Working with insurance was very streamlined. Really glad I found Automed Solutions — highly recommend!

These guys are PHENOMENAL! If I could give them more stars I absolutely would and plan to only use them and recommend them to everyone I know. The owner is super knowledgeable, super nice, and a straight shooter.

My red Model Y got hit by some object while driving on the highway resulting in some pretty bad gouges on the bumper and hood. I had gone to several different places for estimates, some of whom weren't sure they could even match the color. But then I happened by AutoMed where I saw several Mercedes and a bunch of Teslas getting work done--I figured they might be expensive but took a chance and asked for anj estimate. The owner clearly knew what he was doing because within a few seconds of seeing the damage he gave me a ballpark figure that matched the most reasonable estimate I had previosly gotten. When he priced it out it was actually a little lower than he quoted and he honored it - no upsell, no games, nothing. His shop fixed my car in 2 days (he said it might take a week due to the number of cars they had) and when I went to pick it up, it looked like the damage never happened! They even washed the car so it looked brand new! I can see why their clientele is mainly Mercedes and Tesla. So now I have a shop I 1000% trust and will be using for any and all body work I might need in the future. THANK YOU AUTOMED!

Simply superb people who know what they’re doing. Got a front lip and spoiler installed by them and it came out PERFECT. Dealership told me they won’t be able to save my old spoiler and these guys handed it to me in one piece and did the job at half the price.
